Welcome back!
Here I am again, writing from my hotel room in Nashville, Tennessee. Out on the road again for a few weeks with Daryl Hall and the Live from Daryl's House Band! We toured a couple years peforming with both Daryl and Todd Rundegren, I hope you caught one of those shows, they were an absolute blast. Well, the LFDH style format, where we back both the ‘special guest’ and Daryl is really catching on. I think you're going to be seeing a bit more of that in the coming months and years ahead. This past season on LFDH we did an episode with Howard Jones -
And now we're out on the road, doing a set with Howard and another with Daryl each night. It's been a real pleasure digging into Howards music. He's a wonderful songwriter, pianist, singer, and an even better person.
I can't say enough about him.
Inbetween all the craziness of tour prep and sessions and such, I was able to produce the music for a youtube short aimed at getting out the vote! I got to make a cover of one of my favorite songs, one I'm certain you'll recognize ;)
